When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, project type and message you provide. We do not ask for any other personal information, and the site does not require you to create an account.

We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver work you have asked us about. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Contact form messages are delivered by email through our email provider, Resend. Your message is transmitted to our studio inbox and a confirmation is sent back to your address. These providers process the data only to deliver the email.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a record of work discussed. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Under the GDPR and Irish data protection law you have the right to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@justmultimedia.com.
